Novi Snow Show Safety Class Registration
Snowmobile operators who are 12 to 17 years old are required to complete a Michigan DNR Snowmobile Safety class to obtain a Michigan Snowmobile safety certificate. Upon successful completion of this one day course the participant will recieve their certificate.
The course emphasizes safe and responsible snowmobile operation. Snowmobile safety training is recommended for all snowmobile operators. Modern snowmobiles are capable of high rates of speeds over snow and ice. With the countless hazards associated with operating a snowmobile, training is a crucial factor in safe and responsible snowmobile operation.
This course covers snowmobile operation, Michigan's regulations and laws, proper personal and snowmobile preparation, how to handle emergency situations, navigating on and off trail, and basic maintainence. Please contact the club directly at 248-477-0940 if you have any questions.
Class Information:
The student must have been 12 or older by March 31, 2010
The class is scheduled for Nov 7, 9:00am-4:00pm
Students should be there between 8:30am-8:45am
Student should have $10 for the class fee. (cash only, exact change please)
Each student should bring a sack lunch and beverage
